The shipping was a bit odd and took longer than expected, but other than that I have no complaints about the item. It's lovely. Unfortunately, I did not order a large enough size. It's just barely too small, and that's entirely my fault - I didn't think to adjust for the extra room I'd need when putting the bracelet on and removing it. However, I like it enough that I decided to order another immediately in the larger size.
